Gif Drawer does not collect, sell, or share personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking.
Your settings, recents, favorites, and saved library are stored using Chrome's built-in storage. Settings sync across your own Chrome browsers via your Google account — Gif Drawer never sees them. GIFs you save are downloaded directly to your computer.
When you search, your search text is sent to KLIPY, the content provider, together with a random per-install token (e.g. "rd-x7k2…") used for rate limiting and trending results. This token is generated locally, is not derived from your identity, and identifies an installation, not a person. KLIPY's handling of requests is governed by its own privacy policy. Like any web request, requests to KLIPY include your IP address.
The optional one-time premium unlock is processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Your payment details and email go to them, not to us; Gif Drawer only learns whether premium is unlocked. Their privacy policies govern that data.
Gif Drawer can run on any page because you can summon the picker in any text box — that is its single purpose. It reads or modifies pages only when you invoke it, and only to insert or save the media you chose. Nothing you type or read is collected or transmitted. The downloads permission is used solely to save GIFs you explicitly chose to your Downloads folder.
Gif Drawer is not directed at children under 13.
